How long will shipping take?
All orders will be shipped via Purolator Ground. If shipping within Canada, the arrival time will be about 2-3 business days. If shipping within the United States, the arrival time will typically take 4-5 business days using Purolator Ground US.
How long does it take an order to process?
Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed if ordered from Sunday-Thursday. If an order is placed Friday-Saturday, it will be shipped out the next business day.
How do I know when my curbside order is ready for pick up?
Customers who select curbside pickup for their order will receive an email notification from the Alliance Boutique once their order is ready. Please wait until you receive this email before picking up your order from the Boutique.

Do I get a discount if I am a season ticket holder?
As a season ticket holder, you benefit from a 15% discount on merchandise sold in person to our boutique during our home game.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Unworn items that are purchased can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase, you must have the original receipt and tags attached to the items to receive a return/refund.
