Our return policy is 30 days from the original date of purchase. If 30 days has elapsed since the time of purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and with original hang tags attached.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged and while supplies last. If the item you have purchased is part of a limited run or special edition merchandise, we cannot guarantee an exchange of your item if the replacement item is out of stock. We will, however, honour your exchange as a refund/return and will contact you prior to determining how you would like to proceed.
Please direct all exchange and refund inquiries to [email protected]. Once we receive your request, it will be inspected and an email will be sent to you advising if a refund/exchange has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Exchanges will be shipped once the item is inspected and approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are also responsible for any shipping costs for exchanged items unless damaged. Should we be responsible, then you will be provided with a shipping label to facilitate the return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns will only be refunded to the same method of payment.
